HomeToday Seminars

Overview
HomeToday is a different kind of community development program. Unlike programs offered through other banks, HomeToday combines both innovative lending and education. Our focus on education is designed to enhance the financial literacy skills of program participants. It gives our applicants a much greater chance to achieve long-term, successful homeownership.

2025 Seminars
Once participants complete eight hours (four, two-hour sessions) of HomeToday education they meet one-on-one with a professional HUD credit counselor to create personalized action plans for becoming successful homeowners. Individual credit counseling reinforces the fundamentals of successful homeownership and encourages participants to establish and maintain their credit to assist them in their journey of homeownership.
