A Message from Marc
At Third Federal, we emphasize teamwork over individual achievement, realizing that it takes all of us to help our customers. Since our associates don't have to rely on commission for their income, they can put our customers first. That was the goal of my parents when they founded Third Federal in 1938, and that's still our goal today.
We also strive to help our associates achieve a balance between their professional and personal lives. We know that treating people well is the key to good business relationships, and we try to create value for our associates, our customers, and the people in the communities we serve. It’s our way of doing a little more to make working and banking better.
